Single, pimple like bump on scrotum

Hi, i have a habit of visiting shemale sex workers. I never have sex. Only protected oral. Today i found a pimple like bump on my scrotum. About 3 weeks ago i received a protected blow job where my scrotum was also licked. I allowed it as i had thought that licking the scrotum was of no risk.  So my question is if i all of my encounters are oral sex which is condom protected, but this one time i got my scrotum licked, is that a risk for std? Also is my pimple like bump indicative of any std or is it normal to have a pimple there?  Also, i squeezed it and a little puss and blood came out.  Thanks for the help

No it isn't really. The scrotum is not a practical place for any sign of an STD/STI to appear compared to your penis or symptoms inside your urethra.

This sounds like a very common issue for scrotums. Essentially a gland that has filled with pus, maybe accompanying a small infection. No issues here.

Any help is appreciated, i wanted to add that the sex worker sat on my lap when i just had a condom on and she was in a thong in case that adds any risk
