"Skin Tags" on base of penis/lower shaft.

It's really hard to decide which forum to post this in since I haven't a clue on what this might be.

I've been sexually inactive for roughly six months now. Currently, I am serving in the US Army overseas in Iraq right now, and while I would love to get this checked out, our military doctor here does not have the resources to help me.

For my first 2 months, I saw no growths, but these past 4 months have been particularity troublesome. I've developed what looks to be like several skin tags in my genital area. Two are along the base of the penis, where it meets the pelvic region, while one is actually on the penis towards the lower/middle shaft. I have noticed that these did start appearing when I started working out (I have currently lost 25 lbs.). At first, I was concerned that it may be Molluscum Contagiosum, yet the description I am getting and seeing from Molluscum Contagiosum doesn't match on par as to what I have.

Whether it is anything serious or not, it still is embarrassing.

I've been trying to treat it with proper drying, use of sanitizer/alcohol on the area to kill infection/virus, and powders such as Goldbond.

The bumps are slightly firm but not hard as a rock. Out of the 3 main ones, two are actually like skin tags while one is just raised. I have many other small bumps but I am unsure if that is related to this. If they are open, they only bleed. There is no puss. You can't really pop them. I only opened one because I was shaving and nicked it (it is how I first noticed them). They do not hurt and they do not itch.

I would like to know what anyone has to say and whether or not it may be Molluscum Contagiosum or an STD (which could come from the gym I work out at rather than sex.)

Other information about me:

Male
White
20 years old
6'1
180lbs
Smoke
Stress level is med/high due to being in Iraq
Constantly sweaty/hot due to temps ranging from 110-130.
Last sexual contact in Feb 2010.

I've attached a picture of the biggest one plus small littler bumps, as well as this same post on the Dermatology board. I am just seeing if the symptoms are lining up.

Thank you all for helping the soldier out and thank you for your support.

these could be skin tags or they could be genital warts.  external genital warts are only a cosmetic concern, not a health risk so waiting to deal with these more when you get back home is find.

we don't test for hpv/external warts so your partner was never tested for them and neither were you.

when you get back home, follow up on this better.

Also (I keep leaving out info), my sexual partner is clean. She has been checked out recently, too.
