Skin infection or, genital warts?

So I've been under a lot of stress lately as a result I've been sick 3 times in 2 weeks. First I had viral throat infection, then I got a yeast infection, now I have 3 dime sized bumps on my left labia majora. I went to two doctors both agree that it's probably not herpes. But one suggested it could be flat head genital warts or a skin infection.

These bumps originally began with one small hard bump, that I made the mistake of popping it produced a small amount of yellow fluid and then some blood. Then it rapidly began to spread so now there are 3 bumps. The bumps are skin coloured but you can see little white/ pustules underneath. I'm starting to get really scared. the worst part is the constant intching and tender mess. Has anyone had this before? What did u do?

Hi, since theres puss inside they would be infected.inflamed hair folicals as warts dont pop and herpes are clear liquid not yellow puss.
