Skin tag or genital wart

I have a single small fleshy bump under the corona of my (circumcised) penis.  It sticks out, rather than bump-like, and is a light flesh-tone.  It doesn’t look like any pictures of genital warts that I’ve found, but it’s concerning as I’ve never found any other skin tags on any part of me in the past.

The only way to know the difference is to let a doctor see it. It could be either, to be honest. It's very hard for us to tell you what a bump is. Bumps can be so many things, and so many of them look alike. If there are any doubts, have them biopsy it.
