Slight dull on going pain in pevlic groin area.

Hello I am a 31-year-old male I recently had a one night stand with a girl from a bar And i used protection. I did go down on her for about 30 seconds and she did the same to me for maybe 10 seconds before i stopped her. When i was having sex I stopped and took the condom off and put a new one on. When i ejaculated she was on top. When i pulled it out the condom was just covering the tip of the penis. I took a quick shower  immediately after. The very next morning i started to notice a dull aching pain in my lower pelvic area. Just above my testicals mostly noticable on the left side.I thought it might of been from rough sex or some Semen still left over in my urethra. So i masturbated about 3 times in the course of the day making sure i urinated after each time and no change. After 2 and a half days the  sensation was still there and i started noticing a strange tingling and slight burning sensation on the head of my penis and noticed my urin streem wasnt as strong as it ususlly seemed to be before the encounter. i decided to get checked out. The doctor had me  urinate  In a cup to test for  chlamydia and gonorrhea as well as for bacteria for a uti. He did a quick visual inspection of my penis and check my balls for lumps. All seemed normal. He then did a quick strip dip test on my urin before it was sent out to check for bacteria and it came back negative. After 3 days the doctor said it all came back negative. At this point i started to freak out alot wondering what it might be. First mistake Google searched symptoms and now i think i have every std known to man. So i started  examining every inch of my male parts constantly stretching skin on the shaft and head looking so on and so forth. I started to notice bumps on my shaft and a small portion of white skin on the head of my penis after a week since the  incident. So as a military guy i went to my Navy Corps Men and told them everything, two of them took a look and said its nothing and it seemed normal. I then had my cheif corpsman take a look who has seen alot of std in his time told me everything look normal to him too and to relax. But he would still put in lab work for me for every test known to man. During this time i was extremely panicking and stressing out more then i had ever done. once i left their exam room my mouth was extremely dry with very sticky saliva no matter how much water I drink. I then later on that evening decided to look at my mouth and lips and noticed small little white dots and clusters on the inner portions of my lips and on one side of my mouth I tried to scrape them with my finger nail but they didnt pop. It been 3 days since my visit to the corpman and my mouth still has the same feeling of sticky and dry and the sensation  aching feeling in my pelvic area. Is this all from stress induced. Any thoughts? Please help me get peice of mind of what it might be if anything.
