Small bumps on the testicles and the bottom of the shaft

I've had them for several years. I'm 18 and dating, so i wanted to find out if it was something bad before i could give it to my partner. I've been told it isn't an STD but i don't know, they aren't genital warts and it isn't irritated or giving me a rash. They are just extrmely small, under the skin bumps that look almost like small zits. What are they?

To visit your doctor or medical provider for this, they'll tell you what they are.

NO sex = no STDs.
you virgin = no STDs

STD = having unprotected sex.

Try to stay STD negative, stay out of the jungle is just not worth it, just not worth it.
