Small little bump

Recently I noticed a really small pinkish/white bump on bottom side of penis at the fold of the penile fold facing the ball sack I'm only sexually active occasionally and use a condom Everytime I do have sex. Also I'm in college and me and my roommate share toilets and guest do use our bathroom/toilet. The bump don't hurt or anything but it feels weird when rubbing up to boxers/ compressions plus I do sweat a lot from playing sports a lot in my groin area. Am I just freaking out about this little small pump looking pimple or should I get it checked out I repeat I use Condom Everytime but is occasionally sexually active. The bump isn't itchy but it only itches in between the thigh and pubic area creases at .. Anybody plz comment cause I'm starting to get paranoid

But it's on the frenulum it's really small but it got a lil white like a white head , it doesn't hurt. Also the last time I had sex it was a lil blood in my condom, could it be a slight frenulum tear or was the blood from trauma... I let a doctor observe he said it didn't look like a std such as a wart or etc

Most likely this is not a STD, you would have to see a Dr though.
