Small red raised bumps on penis head 5 days after visiting sex worker

Hi a I made my biggest mistake so far by going to a sex worker 2 weeks ago.

To make it short I had unprotected oral sex (performed by me for 10ish minute, performed on me for like 2) ans protected vaginal sex. I did not notice any symptons on her and she allegedly had a paper that she's clean (I did not ask her to show it to me. I hope she didn't lie about in in her profile)

4 days after when I masturbated I had a slight burning feel afterwards. The next day I noticed small raised red bumps on the head of my penis. They are around 1 mm large and there are a medium amount of them.  It's also red around them. There was no discharge (like white substance). The bumps do not seem like they are filled with fluid.
I did not feel sick or had flu-like symptoms, although I had muscle soreness from going to gym so I don't know if I had pain related to my condition.

To the touch the bumps were a bit sensitive but there was no burn or itch. I could not find out what I have so I tried to just improve my hygiene and keep it dry. It seemed like they got a bit lighter in color after a couple days and were not sensitive anymore. Every now and then I got a really slight burning feel after peeing. I also felt some tingling but it was really minor and happened like 3 times.
Meanwhile I noticed that I have red spots on my tongue. It stings slightly.

A couple days later I masturbated and I did again today and it seems like new spots have appeared and now I feel a bit stonger burning sensation.

Please give me advice on what this could be. I want to get tested next week but I don't know if I can make an appointment. I'm worried sick that I ruined my whole life.

Unprotected is low for risk for hsv, syphills, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia ,and hpv.
For syphills after 3 weeks,
For hsv after 3 months,
For Gonorrhea after 2 weeks,
For Chlamydia after 6 weeks.
Note- It doesn't mean that you caught  these diseases according to your exposure.unptotected should need to avoided .
