Sore type red spot on penis ring

Hi Guys

I have sore type red spot just above corona ring(corona).
I have protected sex with lots of prostutites in last 1 year. But always protected vaginal and protected oral sex.
I also do masterbation quite rough sometimes for couple of hours.
4 days ago after masterbation my penis feels rough and in the morning i found a red spot on my penis ring. It does not hurt until I touch it.
No burning sensation or any pain while urinating.
Do ypu think its an std.
Please someome answer because I am bit worried

This sounds more like a fungal infection or dermatitis than an STD, but you should get it checked by your doctor to be sure. Since you always have protected encounters, I'd be surprised if it's an STD.

Just get it checked and find out, and let us know what happens. :)

Thanks alot for replying.
I had booked an appointment on Monday.
I am using anti fungal cream from last 4 days but it's not working on that red spot at all and I am also having itching in the inner thighs as well so applying cream on it.
I have a very bad jock itch issue almost 5 years ago and it had taken 6 months to get rid of it.
The red spot on my penis ring does not burn untill  I touch it or rub it.
I hope doctor will help me out.

If you can stand it, stop using the cream at least a couple of days before the appointment, so the doctor can see what's happening. I know that's not easy if it's itching, but try to let him see it without treatment.

Let us know what happens.
