Spleen pain

What STDs could cause spleen/upper left abdominal pain. I've experienced pain for some weeks now in the upper left abdomen comes and goes but lately it's been intensified. I feel fatigue and lymph node pains in armpits and right groin/area.
Thank you for the info.

Have you observed any sores on your penis? Lymph node pain in the groin is consistent with syphilis; you could start with an RPR test for that (especially if you've observed sores. It would be positive by now.

No STD causes spleen pain, but if you think you have a spleen issue, you need to get to the doctor. Your problems could be bigger than an STD.

Talk to them about discounts for self-pay, or billing arrangements, etc. I'd consider this urgent at least enough for an urgent care, maybe an ER.

My exposures were unprotected oral sex. I am trying to get tested for all stds since my incidents happened 3+ months ago. I don't have insurance and is hard to test, I will do tests from online orders. What should I test for? Thank you for any information.
