Std risks

Hello,
I had an unprotected insertive fellatio and deep kissing 24 days ago with a woman of unknown status regarding hiv and stds, i got tested with a combo on 19 days mark which was negative and I haven’t got any symptoms up until now thank god but I’m a bit worried about having been infected with something considering I had a pimple on my gentile which is dated years ago and it pooped 3 days after the encounter and caused a bit of discomfort can you please tell me what my risk are from this encounter?

You had a pimple on your penis for years? I don't think that's a pimple. A pimple wouldn't be there for years.

Kissing doesn't transmit anything - you're fine there. No risk.

From receiving oral sex, you are at risk for gonorrhea, chlamydia, NGU, syphilis, and genital herpes type 1 (if you don't have oral herpes type 1 already).

You can test for gonorrhea, chlamydia and NGU at 5 days. This is a urine test.

You can test for syphilis at 6 weeks. Syphilis is uncommon in most developed countries.

If you don't already have oral herpes type 1, you can test for herpes type 1 with a type specific hsv IgG at 12 weeks.

You are not at risk for HIV.

The chances of you getting anything are much lower with oral sex than with intercourse. Most experts don't think one act of oral sex warrants testing.

Thank you for your reply, I already saw a doctor a couple of days after the exposure and he said the pimple is caused by excessive fat and it doesn’t have any effect and is removable by a procedure but I’d rather not do that I guess he also got me on a course of levofloxacin for 7 days and a one oral dose of azithromycin as a precaution since I had a burning feeling not during urination which I presumed is from the pimple.. can you please tell me what are my risks for herpes even though I haven’t had any symptoms after 3 and a half weeks? And for hiv I have no risk?
Do I need another combo testing at 45 days mark? Thanks in advance
Reminder, you were already answered regarding HIV as a non risk on our HIV forum. This forum is to discuss other std's.
If you already have hsv1, which 2/3 of adults do globally, your risk is zero.

If you don't, it's low. We don't have transmission stats for it. You haven't had symptoms yet, and it's been more than 3 weeks. I wouldn't worry.

Anxiety seems to be a concern for you, though. I'd talk to your doctor about that. That's a bigger concern than any STD risk.
