Std test after 1 sexual activity recieving oral sex

I got an std test done 3 months ago and it all came back negative. I had received oral sex from a girl I know. I have been in the clear for 14 days then my left testicle is a little irritated but no discharge and not really any burning or any other symptoms. What is the chance of me being positive on an std test from oral sex 1 time after already being tested And being negative no other sexual activity? I do apologies if I am not on the right form. If I am please direct me where I can go

What kind of STD testing did you have? Did you get urine testing? Did they swab you? How long after the oral sex did you get tested?

I'm a little confused - did you test before the oral sex or after?

10 panels gonerea, clymidia, siphillis, hiv 1 & 2 herpies  1&2, hep ABC, I did test positive for Herpies 1. Thank you
I tested 3 months ago but I had exposure about  15 days and thinking of retesting after 1 activity no sex vag or anal but did receive oral.
The chances of you getting an STD from oral are much lower than from vag or anal, and most experts don't think 1 encounter of oral sex warrants testing. There is a possibility of getting gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, NGU and genital herpes type 1, but if you don't have any symptoms, I wouldn't worry about it and wouldn't bother testing.
How about my left testicle a little irritated? I am guess it might be my anxiety? Thank you again for the help
That could be anxiety. If that lingers for more than a couple of days, see your doctor.

What do you mean when you say it's irritated? Is the skin irritated? Does it hurt from the inside?
Little pain on the inside. But comes and goes. And just yesterday it felt kinda hot peeing but not anymore.
I’m sorry when I mean on the inside probably in the back on on my testicle and really appreciate your time.
Not on my testicle
That could be anxiety. Try to stay busy and keep your mind occupied so you don't have time to think about this. If it's a real symptom of something, you'll notice it. Make sure you stay hydrated - not drinking enough water is a big reason why it burns when you pee. If you continue to notice it, see your doctor, but I really wouldn't worry about this.
Ok again as always thank you. I am sorry if I repeated myself in different areas. I was just trying to get the other part of my confusing question. I do apologies and always appriciate your information and your time. I def don’t want to keep asking over and over that was never my intention. Thank you and I def will word my question better.
No worries, and you're welcome.
