UTI, STD, or Anxiety? or absolutely nothing?

7/14 performed oral sex on male for about 30 seconds No ejaculation. No visible sores or discharge. Week later performed oral on woman and had sex. No symptoms of any stds. Been paranoid about gonorrhea, and other oral stds. I know my chances are low but still I have been obsessive over any symptom. Yesterday 7/27 started to feel tingle in head that started after masturbating, slight sting sensation and urge to pee as if pee needs to still come out. No pain at all. Is this UTI, sign of gonorrhea or chlamydia, or just my anxiety manifesting its self. Really paranoid and have it in my mind that I passed oral std then gave myself genital std after penetration.

Hi I would say its your anxiety as if you had gono the sensation would be mid way inside your penis followed by a big time white penis discharge and terrible burning while urinating
