Suspicious bump STD HELP??

I had a massage that included happy ending almost thee months ago.. For the most part she was fully clothed but I did perform manual stimulation on her while she did the same to me nothing else.. About a month ago I got a prickly/itchy sensation on my penis. A few hours later a single bump developed. The bump look just as my skin with a small hole in the middle. Didn't think much of it since there was no pain nor fluid nor anything oozing out of it. A few weeks later it healed and it disappeared.. Another month passed and again I developed the same symptoms just this time the bump (single)was in a different part of my penis.. Same thing it develop a small hole in the center and a little red around it. It almost look like a black head.. No pus not fluids oozing out of it and not really painful maybe a little tender. I did notice that the skin around it felt a little itchy when touched without touching the bump itself.. Now 2 weeks later the little hole has a scab and it seems to be healing. The bump is not longer there, it is now rather flat with a little scab. No other symptoms other than the worry of what this could be.. I have researched everywhere and I cannot find something definitive.. I am worried it could be Herpes or worst case scenario a mild case of Syphillis I could have caught from the encounter mentioned above.. Can anyone shine some light on what could this be?? Thanks..

Don't know what it could be, Dr should have had a better idea since he looked at them.

So what are these bumps? I saw my doc today and he wasn't for sure either.. Who knows I m not going to worry much about it unless it happens again.. I just don't want to pass nothing weird to someone else without knowing.. As a note I haven't had any sexual relation since.. Almost 4 months..
