Swab tests

Hi,
2 weeks ago ive made a swab test in lab. The doctor wich worked there told me that they usually doesnt search for Trichomonas vaginalis and there is only minor chance that they will find it in sample. My doctor wanted primary this test from swab. Test came up negative. Does any expert know how much possible is that they really didnt find it or its false negative and I should go to other lab and repeat test. Im having pain in left testicle wich comes and go for over 1 month.

That is not a symptom of trich, why do you think you have trich?
