Swollen Lip and various bumps

I have a bit of a swollen lip which I wake up to, reduces during the day bit is still always there. It has been there now for about 4 weeks. when it first came, it was obviously visible and intermediate size, but now there is just the bump. I cannot find the problematic area, there is no discolouration of my lip in that area.

It is not noticeable unless I smile, even then it just looks like a bump in my top lip on the right hand side. It is not noticeable unless I am in front of a mirror specifically looking at it in which it is quite easily visible.

Just today, i sneezed and split my lower lip causing bleeding but i suspect this is simply due to dry lips.

Also I notice a very small bump in my armpit, i can just make it out in the mirror but its hard to notice even when I look at the mirror. At the same time, about 3 days ago, i started to feel a bump on my left buttock, approximately where I would sit.

Do these bumps have any correlation? And am i in trouble? To help diagnosis, I have had intercourse with a man about 4 months ago, unprotected. I have no allergies.

Any unprotected sex is a risk for STD's and HIV. Your symptom has nothing to do with a STD.
