Help

I had an exposure where I rubbed the clit and labia then immediately touched my foreskin and meatus I also put penis on lips of mouth not inside and I did not insert fingers in vagina either for about 4 weeks after exposure I had cluster of white dots where the foreskin touches the meatus I also have had tonsillitis for over 3 weeks and come out in a red rash now again can anyone help me I noticed the White dots on penis 4 days after exposure

Vance is correct, you had no risk for any std as they are not transfered by fingers. They are contracted by a protective envirnment like a penis inside a vagina not fingers inside a vagina.
