Syphilis question

Hey guys merry Christmas. Before everyone yells at me to get tested I am after Christmas. My question is for the past two months I have been have stomatitis and a white tounge. I have had lots of blood work done, thrush, cancer, hiv etc have been ruled out. The doctors tell me they really don't know what it is besides it is textbook geographic tounge and dry mouth. I've read that mucous patches associated with secondary syphilis resembles geographic tounge. The stomasits is the only symptom I am having. No rash etc. so my question is are oral mucus patches possible to be the only symptom of syphilis? Two I have not been in any recent high risk situations. Three what does my picture look like to y'all?
