The skin on your neck is too thick for syphilis to infect, and kissing doesn't transmit syphilis.

Syphilis is a round, open sore that is painless. It doesn't "open" like you describe.

However, I really think you need to get this thing checked out. It could be a pimple, but could be an abscess or something that needs antibiotics.

I would be very surprised if it's syphilis or anything at all related to your kissing encounter. Go get this checked promptly and let us know what happens.

If it is in an area where you shave, it could be an infected hair follicle or ingrown hair that has gotten infected. Just go get it checked.
yes . I checked in google all showing kissing is not issues  and i,m not thinking about kissing also..she kissed me on shoulder and cheek nothing happened .. I,M nervous because sore  exactly appeared on  the place  where she licked ..

I am too much worried because of licking .
1. I have read on article syphilis sore  can occur on mouth and tip of tongue ..possibilities are more she can have sore on tip on tongue and which causes sore direct contact with skin and bacteria can penerate ..
Yes, she can have a syphilis sore on her tongue and that can transmit to you with direct skin to skin contact, but that would be direct skin to skin contact with thin skin, like that found on the genitals. The skin on your neck, shoulder, and other places is too thick for syphilis to penetrate.

However, you still should get it checked. If you're so worried about syphilis, just get a test.

You can check all over the internet, but nothing will tell you what this is. Only a doctor can do that.
Thanks Aj,

sure . I will do the test for Syphilis ..

1. I WAS SACRED THE MAIN REASON IS BEFORE LICKING ON NECK SHE BITTEN FRIENDLY FOR FEW SECS   AND THEN LICKED ..THERE WAS TEETH MARK ONLY  AND NO BLOOD . THIS COULD BE LEAD SKIN PUNCTURE  AND GATE WAY FOR BACTERIA TO PENETRATE SKIN ..CAN IT HAPPEN ?//

2.    23 DAYS COMPLETE IS IT RIGHT TIME TO DO THE SYPHILIS . PLEASE TELL ME THE TEST NAME ..

3. I READ SOME ARTICLE  SYPHILIS PASS THROUGH NON SEXUAL ACTIVITY ALSO ..
1 - No.

2 - It can take up to 3 months to show positive on a syphilis test, but most will test positive by 6 weeks. You had no risk, so you don't even need to test. If you ever do need to test, and you don't, it's an RPR or VDRL. If you need a confirmation test because the RPR or VDRL is positive, it's usually an FTA-ABS, TPPA or EIA test.

Again, you had no risk and don't need to test.

3. I have no idea what article that was, so I can't comment on it, but it's a sexually transmitted disease, which means it needs some kind of sexual activity to transmit. Syphilis is transmitted by oral, vaginal or anal sex. That's it.

Remember that guilt doesn't equal risk. You might feel guilty because you cheated on your partner, but cheating doesn't always mean risk. You didn't have a risk.
Hello Aj,

Today  had  RPR ,serum test  and result is NON - REACTIVE ( TODAY 24 DAYS COMPLETE)  ..SHOULD I HAVE TO REPEAT  TEST AFTER 6 WEEKS ??? ...
Listen, we don't ask a lot of our members, but we do like you to read our responses.

I've said a few times already that you don't have a risk. This means that you don't need to test. It certainly means that you don't need to test again.
