Systemic Gonnoreha

Hi, one month ago I had unprotected oral sex giving and receiving. I woke up last night in the middle of the night with extreme pain in my hip so bad I could not get comfortable. When I woke up this morning my shoulder was painful like a dull pain but still sore.

As the day has gone on the pain has spress to my upper and inner thighs and I also think I have a low grade fever however it could be nerves.

My big worry is that I may have systemic Gonnoreha. I don't recall having any of the common gonnoreha symptoms listed on the NHS website. I can't see a doctor for the next 4 months as I'm abroad. This is really worrying as I know something is wrong. I'm a 21 year old male

Unless you are in a place where they only have witch Dr's you can see a Dr.

Unlikely to get gonorrhea, and unlikely for it to develop this way.
