Group of zit-like bumps below shaft?
OK, I'm not really sure where exactly I should have posted this questions, but this seems right. Today while going to the bathroom, I noticed a group of about 4 or 5 red bumps which were white in the middle. Exactly like zits I would get on my face. Besides those, there are about 3 or 4 smaller only red bumps in the surrounding area. None on my shaft and only in the hair area between the base of my shaft and about one inch up. I did pop the white headed ones and zit-like puss came out.
I have recently been involved with a new sexual partner. We've had oral sex a few times and intercourse only once but that could be a sign.
The other thing that I should mention is that about 3 or 4 days ago, I shaved my pubic area with an electric razor. I've gotten pimples on my chest before from shaving so I thought maybe it was from that. I also have been working out a lot lately and not taking showers right away after every work out. Could these bumps be from that?

They are getting smaller and less red so I'm hoping they are just from irritation
