Tingling penis

6 months ago I have had an unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal. After a week started to feel abdominal pain every morning I woke up. I still have those symptoms. About two months ago I started to feel tingling sharp sensation in my penis it comes and goes there are no sores no blisters nothing it happens like once a week. I tested for Gonorrhea chlamydia syphilis hiv hep b/c couple of times. Came back negative. I have heard that herpes can cause such symptom but I have no blister nothing around genital area. Alos after that sex about a week later I had some itching in my groin area which went away. Again I had no blisters no sores, nothing. No discharge. I still have abdominal pain every morning

It would seem to me you have tapped out of the std testing as a big negative.  That should give you relief and momentum to look for other reasons.  Have you seen a urologist.  Urethritis can cause tingling of the penis. Normally you'd have pain with urination but every person is different.  https://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/urethritis-symptoms-causes-treatments#1  Prostatitis is another condition that can cause pain like you describe.  It puts pressure on the organs around the prostate which can then cause pain. https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/prostatitis/  Both of these conditions are treated with antibiotics.  You can talk to your doctor about herpes testing but in the absence of any blisters, that would be unusual.  Also, it would be oral herpes transferring to genitals.  Not terribly common.  HSV2 or genital herpes is the common source of spread of genital herpes.  Hsv 1 or cold sores (where you'd get herpes during receiving oral) is less common.  It can happen, but not as common. And you have not had any sores.   Get your prostate checked and go from there.

I agree that this isn't herpes without any blisters by now.

While genital herpes type 1 accounts for 50% of all new genital herpes infections, it doesn't sound like that's what you have.

Genital herpes can cause nerve issues, but only after an actual outbreak. You haven't had that.

Definitely follow up with your doctor about prostate issues, and urethritis.
