Uncovered frottage and fingering, herpes and HIV risk?

Hey, I was fooling around with someone in the public bathroom. We had uncovered frottage by having his penis rubbing on my anus, but never penetrated it. But then he fingered my anus afterwards, which made it bleeding

Months later something went wrong, my butt had unexplained sores that would only hurt if touched with finger or soapy water, from 1-5 mm in diameter. I sometimes got one or two small bumps that had a peak, but no indentations. When I squeezed it with a transparent ruler the liquid was clear. It would either leave behind a sore or not, but they'd heal in just a few days.

In rarer times I also got a small bump under my jaw that lasted for a few days, less than a week.

I've been worried to death for months now that I have herpes and probably HIV from this stupid encounter I now regret.

Is there a risk of catching HIV and herpes from simple frottage and fingering?

I answered this the other day in Herpes - https://www.medhelp.org/posts/Herpes/Just-a-genital-contact-causes-herpes/show/3044347#post_14427637

You had no risk for HIV.

If you need to respond, let's keep your responses in your thread in Herpes, since you are asking about herpes. :)

Also for additional information, there were no tingling nor burning sensations there. Just stinging pain when in contact with soapy water or fingers
