Unprotected MSM Encounter - Kissing, **, RJ, Fingering

Late-twenties, alcoholic, mostly hetro-identified, male here.

Last night I had a drunken sexual encounter with a local man who chatted me up on the street. He was in his thirties or forties, likely homo-identified, HIV status unknown.

Our activities:
* We kissed.
* I both received and performed oral sex. (Two side notes: I had a canker sore at the time, he did not ejaculate in my mouth).
* He licked and fingered my anus.

All of this took place without a condom.

Oh yeah, I'm also in China. (In a province with low general HIV rates).

Anyway, this is maybe the third sexual encounter I have had with a man in my life and right now I am terrified.

My specific fear is HIV (though prior posts have suggested less than a 1/10,000 chance of infection) and any variety of lesser STDs.

My two questions are as follow:
* As an alcoholic with a generally run-down immune system in my geography, would the HIV risk for the aforementioned activities be any greater or lesser? Should I get tested? When?
* Of what other sorts of STDs should I be aware? Should I be monitoring for any particular symptoms?

Thank you very much. I am panicked about this.

Low means unlikely to happen. I would not look for symptoms, but if something unusual happens see a Dr.

Thanks for the guidance Vance.

I'm a new member of the community. Still getting my bearings.

As a followup to what you said:

> You had a low risk encounter for gonorrhea, herpes, syphilis and HPV

How low is "low"?

More importantly, should I be monitoring for any particular symptoms of the above?

Thanks.
