Unprotected Oral Sex, protected vaginal sex

I recently made the biggest mistake of my life and now am at no peace..  For once I let all rational thinking fly out the door and had an encounter with a sex worker.  This encounter was yesterday.  The full encounter specifically included brief (4 minutes) of unprotected oral sex followed by protected vaginal sex.  My penis never had unprotected contact other than the oral and there was no "rough" sex.  I'm terrified at the risk of STD transmission.  The sex worker said that she rarely performs fellatio, but she does it's without a condom, but all intercourse is with a condom and said she never has it without (she said she would never gamble her life by unprotected sex).  She also stated she is low volume.  She had no visible sores or lesions around we mouth nor around her vagina/anus.  No funny smells/odor, nothing seemed wrong and she said she is tested yearly for everything and the last test was negative for everything four month ago.  Immediately after sex, I took a shower and washed with soap around my body twice and three times around my genitals. I really want to know..

1)Based off the information, is it highly possible to have contracted something?  Or would it have been low risk?

2) when should I go to get tested for everything?  I believe it should be two-three weeks but would like confirmation.

3) what STDs would I be at risk of?

Thank you so much anyone who takes the time to read and respond, I will never let this happen again and I want to go back to having a normal life with my fiancée..

Thank you so much for your reply!! It does bring some peace of mind but I'm definitely going to get tested because I'll never forgive myself for giving anything to my fiancée.  Thank you again!!

1) Unprotected oral is low risk for std transmission. Most people would move on from such exposures unless symptoms appear. But, you seem anxious so you could get tested for peace of mind.

2) After 5 or 6 days, you can tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia. In four to six weeks, you could get tested for Syphilis unless symptoms appear. In three to four months, you can get tested for herpes unless symptoms appear early.

3) Unprotected oral can bring out gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes, and syphilis. But, these are likely not possible if she told you that she has been tested yearly. Most people tell the truth about their status and most CSW get tested not only to protect their clients, but to protect themselves from harm.
