Unprotected Oral Sex with an exotic dancer

I am in Japan and I had recieved oral sex from an exotic dancer.  Unfortunatly, I was not wearing a condom when I engaged in this behavior.

I am wondering how risky the behavior?

What STDs am I at risk for?

When would STD testing be effective--I have scheduled a checkup with Planned Parenthood for when I return to the US, it will have been 2 weeks 3 days since the encounter.  Is that sufficent time?

You aren't at risk for HIV, but gonorrhea, syphilis and NGU are a risk.

If you don't have herpes type 1 already, you could get genital type 1.

You can test for gonorrhea and NGU when you get back.  Syphilis takes around 6 weeks, and I would do a herpes test now, and then one in 4 months.  Ask for a type specific IgG blood test for that.
