Unprotected genital rubbing with a transsexual sex worker

I had unprotected genital rubbing with a transsexual sex worker. I fingered her a bit and she said it was hurting and then got some oil. I again fingered her for a bit only and then rubbed my penis on her anus for a short while. I wanted to rub only but with oil it might have slided in a bit. Though she told me that I didn’t **** her. Also, she told me she’s healthy but don’t trust her. What are my risks here? I am feeling paranoid

Since there is no prenetration, i would say that the risk here is non existent.

But I read at so many places that genital contact can lead to some of the STDs like syphillis, chlamydia, Gonorrhea.

In theory, there is a risk for these, but gonorrhea and chlamydia would require penetration. Syphilis and herpes don't, but with just the tip of your penis touching her anus for a short time, I wouldn't worry about it at all.

Sorry - you didn't say tip. In any case, if she had no sores or blisters, rubbing your penis on her anus for a short time probably wouldn't result in transmission of anything.

I dont think it is necessary for a test. But as a sexually active person, you should get tested regularly.
The time period for the different stds tests are different, so i wont list them all down. Please visit a doctor to find out more. Good luck.

I don't see a need to test, unless you want to for peace of mind.

Hey, I have been having slight pain in lower back & around for a few days. It’s not intense as of now but still if it is something worrisome I would want to take early action on this. Though I have made a couple of 5 km walks in the past week.

Could you guys throw some light here?

A detail I might have missed out on earlier. I had fingered her but then after a day or so I fingered myself in the anus to check how deep I had gone. Could that have brought on some infection? As I am having a consistent back pain now. It started a week ago and from couple of days it’s constant even though i took one pain killer as well

Honestly, this sounds like anxiety to me, and a hyper-awareness of your body.

I understand that it was your first sexual contact with someone, and that's a huge thing. But there was no risk here. You briefly touched genitals, which wouldn't likely transmit anything, and everything else you did is no risk.

See your doctor for your back pain, but that's not related to anything sexual.

You really can relax about this. :)
