If the person has sore or gum issue anything abnormal in the mouth then yes you can get HIV but the chances are slim due to saliva being a barrier. I can't for sure say its zero chances.

OK I'm confused so the CDC says oral can also be if transmission so are you saying thats not true and oral sex can not give you hiv

The receiving end of oral sex has no chance of hiv infection, the giving end in theory could have a risk. Even the CDCs hiv transmission page says this. Because in theory it's possible they will include it. As I said before no one has reported catching HIV from oral sex
Sorry I have that backwards the person giving the oral has in theory a risk the person receiving the oral sex has no risk of hiv
Actually never mind I had it right. Really need a delete comment option

It took me 4 different antibiotics to cure my ngu from the same exposure you had. Like you they couldn't grow the bacteria that was causing my ngu. Each antibiotic kills different bacteria so it might take a few tries. Mine also moved to the prostate

Hiv has never been passed during oral sex and no you won't be the first to catch it. Your penis will ache with NGU you have a bacterial infection. It can also cause fever and other things. NGU can be caused by normal mouth bacteria.
