Unprotected oral sex received 3 times from transgenders sex workers

Hello Experienced Advisors & Doctors!! I am 34 years old guy from India.A week ago i got drunk and went to a red light street somewhere in kerala, india. I saw a few commercial transsexual / crossdresser sex workers standing on that street. I ask one of the transgender to jump into my car and received an unprotected (no condom) blowjob, i then ejaculated in her mouth. On the same night i met another 2 transgenders and repeated the act. That means i received an unprotected oral sex with ejaculation in their mouth from 3 transgenders in the span of 3 hours the same night. I was drunk and very desperate to do this. I have heard most of the transgenders in kerala are HIV+ . Though I haven't had anal or vaginal sex that night. I am a healthy guy and usually don't get into such risky exposures, but that night i was too drunk. Its been 3+ weeks this is happened and now i have itchy red bumps on the side of my tummy and my back. I am really worried right now about possible STDs i might have got due to this exposures. Please advise me what kind of risk did i have doing this? What tests should i go for?? I have itchy rashes bumps type on my legs, back and on the side of stomach (lower abdomen).. they are very itchy. Is this one of the symptoms of any STD?? I am very tensed at the moment and need your advice. Thanks!

If I was you I would not test for anything your Counters may sound risky but in reality they’re very low risk oral sex is considered safe sex. See link to get things into perspective

I Definitely would not test for HSV whether you know it or not chances are you already have it orally.  And you getting Genital herpes from these encounters  it is highly unlikely
