Urethritis or CPPS/Anxiety ?

Hello, I am 30, gay and had sex once with another guy : we sucked each other and had protected anal sex (I was bottom).

I felt a LOT of regrets/guilt/fear right after this bad experience and went into a huge anxiety period. I started to look at my body and listen to whatever symptoms, in case I would have caught an STD. I was immediately experiencing a mild/vague burning sensation in the anal area area and, 2-3 weeks later, I had some discomfort in my urethra. Then, I started having a clear discharge on a daily basis.

Doctors put me on Azithro 1g + Cefixime, but finally ended up with negative results to Gono, Chlamydia, Mycoplasma/Ureaplasma, Syphilis and HIV. Discharges weren't resolving, so I got 10 days of doxycycline : discharges stopped, then got back 2 weeks after (yesterday).

My question now is could this be an anxiety related issue ? I read a lot about Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome (CPPS) and it seems like it could explain my symptoms. I feel really anxious and often have "sexual guilt" after an experience. I already had urethral discomfort younger when I was really stressed out, but never got discharge.

I feel really depressed and I am having dark thoughts, since it's ruining my life and I feel I am stuck with an none curable/findable decease. Any advice would be welcome. Thanks guys !
