VDRL/RPR

RPR is a newer test for syphilis which is used to replace the VDRL. The results are measured the same though.
Also what is your TPHA result?

What is your RPR ratio?
Your TP ratio is odd to say the least.
Are the numbers 29.97 for the TPHA or something else?
Or is that the 1:29.97 for the RPR?

Be specific because I cannot make heads or tails from what you wrote.

As for treatment... you go to your doctor for sexual health (or first to GP) with the test results and ask for treatment.

Depending on your numbers and RPR results, your doctor will prescribe the necessary treatment.
If the above numbers are for TPHA, then it indicates a low amount of antibodies.
If the above number is for the RPR (1:29.97), then it could be secondary stage Syphilis without visible body manifestations.

Primary and secondary stage Syphilis are usually treated with 1 intra muscular injection of Benzathyne Penicillin (24 million units), or, if a person is allergic to Penicillin, then Doxycycline is recommended (100 mg tablets, twice per day, each tablet 12 hours apart for 14 days).
That is, if the infection lasted for under 1 year.

Unspecified durations of Syphilis infection (as well as latency and final periods) are usually treated with 3 IM Penicillin injections (each being administered once per week - resulting in 3 weeks total), or if the person is allergic to Penicillin, Doxycycline is used (100 mg tablets, twice per day, each tablet 12 hours apart for 28 to 30 days).

As I said... your treatment will likely depend on what your numbers actually are (its difficult to ascertain from what your wrote - hence why I asked to be specific/detailed).

Either way, you need to get the test results to your doctor so you can get treatment.
