Small red spots

Hi... I'm in a long term relationship. We have regular unprotected sex. Sometimes after sex I get tiny red spots on my penis, on the tip of it. Sometimes they stay a day or so and sometimes they can disappear very quickly. Could this be an sti or are there other causes please? Thanks in advance.

Thank you very much. I was just concerned in case perhaps my partner had been unfaithful and passed something to me? There are no other signs or symptoms... Just it feels strange to suddenly have started like this.

Has nothing to do with a STD. Sounds like irritation.
