Very swollen penis

To whom it may concer,

Hello, I am a 22 year old guy from London. Last night I got drunk and had protected sex with an older guy. I realised that he has a very very very swollen penis and a couple of lumps on both sides of his penis. Furthermore his penis is cut. I asked him whether he has any disease and he told me his penis has always been like that. Is it possible to have a swollen penis, with a lumps and not have any disease at the same time? Can someone be born with such a weird shape? He had skin cancer a few years ago and as a result lost his ear.  Can it be possible that his penis is like that as a consecuence of any of his treatment? I performed oral sex, what are the chances of getting any kind of STDs?

I am  very concerned and any reply would be much appreciated!!
Thanks!

Hi

You asked me to respond to  you in an email, I'd prefer to just input my thoughts on the forums, that way other's can  see and benefit from it as well --- knowledge is power.

I completely agree with what Grace told you.   You did not put yourself at risk for STDs.

I have no idea what lumps on his penis are, you asked if they may be related to skin cancer, well I don't know the answer to that either.  I do know that people in general do not get lumpy things on their penis from chemotherapy.

it's always in your best interest to only perform protected oral sex if you aren't sure of a partners std status .

since this was a random partner, no way to know if he's trustworthy or not.  can you have a rather unusual looking penis and it's normal? well yes you can.

really nothing to do at this point unless you develop symptoms. it's low risk but not no risk of contracting a std from oral sex. we don't recommend routine testing just because of oral .
