Very worried and not sleep

Hello,iam male 27 years .married . on 17,sep2015 i go to malyisia as vacation and get expousre with (sex worker ) dont know the hiv status  ,she was lick my penis with out condom ( unprotected ) for not more 10 second ,then vaginal protected intercourse for 2 mins with ejaculation inside condom,and the condom was intact and not broken or slipt , after 1 week i have Swelling of one lymph node under the tongue , dry mouth and runny nose for aperiod not more than 2 days , numbness in the lower back and some muscle pain . I made a due test ( p24 ag/. Ab) after 15 days of expousre and the result was nonreactive . My quiestion is 1) what is the chances of getting hiv from this Expousre?!!      2) is the test that i make conclusive or need to make onother one on diffrent time and what is kind of suggested test and when ?!!  3) what is best way to deal with my wife on this period am afraid to transfer any stds for her specially that shes pregnant.  Sorry for annoying and please help me as much as you can .

Low risk for gonrrhea / syphilis. To give you peace of mind get tested for gonorrhea/chlamydia after 5-7 days if negative move in with your life.
