I recently had a woman perform oral sex with on meand didnt use a condom for it...the next day i noticed 3 wart like bumps on my penis. Can warts form overnight?

It could be irritation, or it could be warts from anoother encounter.

Any idea what it might be then? Cause i had no signs of anything at all until the day after this encounter? Could it just be due to irritation perhaps?

Nope, and you probably wouldn't get warts from oral sex, either.
If this is warts, you got them from another encounter.
