Weird Purplish spots on buttocks.

I've noticed 4-5 purplish spots on my rear end. They do not itch and they go away temporarily when I press down on them but then return back within seconds.  I noticed one a while ago but now there are four more or so.  The first one I had I scratched and it began to bleed a little bit.  I wasn't sure if this was anything serious and was worried it could be from Syphilis or something.  Any information on what these could or could not be would be extremely helpful!

This doesn't sound like secondary stage syphilis at all. Please see a doctor about this.

I am concerned because when you take a photo of them they look similar to what syphilis in stage two can look like so I am worried that it could be Syphilis but I am not sure if I am over reacting.

These don't sound STD related at all. I'd see a doctor but an STD shouldn't be a concern.
