Dear doctor; please tell me if possible to have STD, please!
Dear doctor, 1 week ago I came to Pattaya- Thailand. I had flight from Denmark, where is very cold in that time. Of course in Pattaya is very hot. I had some business but one late night I was drunk after going out and meet 26 years old ladyboy. First I did not know that, discover later in the room. I was to drunk to care much. He took a shower and brush his teeth, I took the shower. Later I did him short, maybe 1- 2 minutes long fellatio, but very shallow; no pre- ***, no ***. He lick my anus, also shallow. No else! All happening was maybe 3- 5 minutes long. After I took shower and brush my teeth. Next day I started investigating about this and freak out! I did not sleep for 4 days, got diarrhea next day and white tongue. After have flight back to Denmark and also than could not sleep. So now, 1 week after I have few ulcers in my mouth, under tongue, some headache today, still can not sleep, I am very anxious. I started to take vitamins and Zinc, I fell I will be sick. I do not know what could happened from this one time occasion, I am very worried! I do not know if all is consecuence from planes and hot cold enviroment and travel and stress or I have some STD now, because now I know this was high risk action; ladyboy (actualy gay) in Pattaya, no condom fellatio, ... Please help me with your answer; what is probability that I catched some STD and which? What should I do? Or what should I do if something else come out in next days? Thank you very much dear doctor!

Now, 10 days after exposure I have some diarrhea, frequent urinating, I fell dizzy, I think I have kidney inflammation, all together. I do not have any typical STD sympthoms for now, I really do not know what to do! I am very thankfull for your help!

First, calm down. It's okay. You had very limited sexual activity and just once. Your risks are relatively low. His rimming you posed more risk to him than it did you for gastrointestinal issues from bacteria in your anus. Keep that in mind. You receiving analingus is not likely to transmit anything as thing unless she had an std of the throat (like gonorrhea) and it is not really reality as those infections are deep in the throat. If he had oral herpes, that could possibly transfer as could syphilis.
With regards to giving oral sex, there is risk but again, low. Gonorrhea or Chlamydia of the throat, etc.
I'd not be too worried and ya, your symptoms are probably from traveling. You can get routine testing done if you feel inclined.
