What are these lumps? Herpes?

I have had the for a few years and thought they were normal because i have only had a couple of partners all clean that I'am confidently sure are clean. I recently saw photos of herpes and are wondering if this is.

there are no pictures of genitals allowed on this site. it will be removed from your profile.

herpes lesions do not linger for a few years. these absolutely are not herpes related.

our skin isn't completely bump free in the genital area. most bumps are normal, especially in the area you are noticing symptoms in.
