What can I have?

Hello,in June 2011 i was a prostitute who made me oral sex.The next day,i see a drop from my penis and foot eczema near testicles i treated her with Clotrimazole.After i was at 3 doctors who told me to go at laboratory to do some analysis.I was at this laboratory and i made:HIV,VDRL,RPR,TPHA,IgM for Chlamydia Trachomatis(from blood),urine test also from inside urethra i put a stick for Chlamydia(for 3 times).All are good,negative,more tests i have done 2-3 times...doctors say i don't have nothing.But me i have this simptoms:i feel like a burn inside urethra,and when i go at toilet i have a discharge from my penis only when i defecating(a colorless oily,few drops).When urinate i don't feel nothing.And i have another analyze and in this analyze i have gram-positive cocci rare.The doctors told me it's ok.But what i want to know,it's possible to have Mycoplasma,Ureaplasma,Chlamydia or some infection from this coccs?I want to know because i'm verry desperate,i'm scarry about infertility,about many.Here I put 2 photos: http://www.imagesocket.com/photos/guest/2557230  and  http://www.imagesocket.com/photos/guest/2557231  .Thank verry much!

discharge when having a bowel movement isn't a sign of a std.

really nothing you are mentioning sounds like an ongoing std symptom. you've been tested repeatedly from a low risk encounter and are negative.  At this point, try not to think about your penis , drink plenty of fluid and avoid caffeine, alcohol and spicy foods for a few weeks and see if that helps.
