What could cause Stinging/irritation in the urethra after a hand job?

I received a handjob with oil at the end of a massage 5 days ago. masseuse was entirely clothed.  I was nervous afterwards and feeling a lot of guilt and shame so I washed off my penis a couple of times. About 5 hours after the hj, I noticed a mild sting inside near the tip of the penis. The next day I started experiencing sensitivity at the opening of the urethra. Since then I've experienced some mild irritation or stinging after and during urination, pressure in my lower abdomen (more when laying down) and urge to urinate. I'm very nervous that I've contracted an STD even though it's said on here that it's not possible. What could be causing these symptoms and should I see a urologist?

No STD would give you symptoms within a few hours, and you can't get an STD from a handjob.

In the past, when you've had similar symptoms, can you pinpoint it to anything?

Getting symptoms that soon following any sexual activity is either anxiety or something related to a pre-existing issue (a pre-exisiting infection, something with your prostate, etc). Since you were tested prior to this relationship, and assuming she hasn't gone outside the relationship, assume it's a urinary tract infection or something with your prostate. It doesn't mean cancer - there are a lot of prostate conditions that aren't cancer.

If it lingers, get it checked.

Also, make sure you're drinking lots of water, and ease off the alcohol and caffeine if you drink a lot of either of those. Both are very dehydrating and irritating to the bladder and urethra.

Thanks so much for your quick response! I can't really pinpoint what might have triggered it in the past. The only thing I could say is that when I've have had symptoms like this, stress about what's causing it has prolonged it and made it worse. The urethra discomfort has only happened once in the past but bladder pressure, feeling like have to pee, has come and gone over the last couple years. It's felt most often when laying down. On numerous occasions I'd wake in the morning, go pee and then lay back down and within minutes feel like I have to go again. As soon as I get up again, it goes away. My primary care physician felt my prostate once and said it felt normal. I almost went to the urologist last time I had the urethra discomfort but it went away before the appointment.

I'm not a caffeine or alcohol drinker but I'll make sure to up my water intake.

Thanks again for your help and reassurance. Very comforting to here!
There are foods that can irritate the bladder and urethra -

https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/urinary-incontinence/in-depth/bladder-control-problem/art-20046597 - this is about incontinence, which you don't have, but the foods are the same.

https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/articles/14244-bladder-irritating-foods - this is a really long list.

If it continues, see a urologist, but it's not an STD. Hope you feel better soon!
Thanks for the info! I did a urine test for infection today. Should have the results by the end of the week.
Got my results, everything is negative (urinalysis, syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea, HIV). Still having symptoms (Burning head, dribbling, bladder pressure, difficulty urinating, burning during after urinating). If it doesn't ease off soon I'll email my doc and see if she can send me to the urologist.
Good luck, and I hope you feel better soon!

I forgot to mention. I have had symptoms similar to this in the past unrelated to having a hj at a massage  place. Have been with same partner for 5 years and this was the only time I've had any sexual contact with anyone other than her during that time period. I was tested for STDs prior to the relationship. All were negative
