What could this be?? Testicular and back pain after oral sex. Help please

Last Thursday I met up with an old friend and one thing led to another. She performed oral sex on me without protection . Then I had sex with her using a condom. I check condom after I was done and even washed up right after. Like 2 days later I notice some left testicle pain then the next day some Lower left back pain and like the cord that connects to my testicle kinda hurts sometimes too.. I’m pretty sure this isn’t chlamydia because I used protection durning vaginal sex.. I’m thinking  epididymitis Or NGU :( this is my big question because I’m pretty sure it’s NGU because every time I get a new partner this happens to me! I don’t know if the stressing makes it worse but this always happens to me if I get oral sex it never fails not unless it’s my main partner. But I want to know if it is NGU the bacteria from the mouth when I got oral , can I spread that kind to my normal partner since it’s just a mouth bacteria that got in my urethra. I need to know ASAP.. I haven’t had sex with my main partner in over a week and I know she will want to soon!

Sorry - it was a long weekend in the US, and I was away from the computer.

You need to go to your doctor or an STD clinic and get tested for gonorrhea and NGU. You can test for those now. Your symptoms are indeed really vague, like Iain79 says, and I'd doubt it's epidimytitis from this encounter. Other things cause that, though, so just go get checked.

If the condom didn't break or come off, you don't have a risk for chlamydia, but gonorrhea and chlamydia tests are most often run together, so if they test for both, it's fine.

I also absolutely, totally agree with Iain79 when he says that if this happens every time, you should fully protect yourself. Either it's anxiety, or you are really prone to NGU.

Of course, you could also abstain from having partners outside your relationship. No moral judgement here, but every time you do this, you risk condom failure, and could be putting your girlfriend at risk.

If you have an infection - NGU, gonorrhea, whatever - your girlfriend should be treated. It's for her sake, and so you won't continue to pass this back and forth. Untreated infections in women can cause serious problems with lifelong complications. Don't be that guy.

So just go get checked.

The clinics where I am in the UK always say wait 2 weeks, but I think they're being a bit conservative.
I don't think NGU causes lower back pain and for Chlamydia to cause epididymitis in 5 days seems very quick
Why are you SURE it's NGU?  Does it burn to pee?  Has there been any discharge?
You are correct, NGU is very confusing

Oral sex exposes you to gonorrhea, syphilis and herpes. You should test for those one, with or without symptoms.
-3 weeks after the exposure, for gonorrhea.
-6 weeks after the exposure, for syphilis.
-3 months after the exposure, for herpes.

All the best.

So what about NGU and chlamydia? I’m sure it’s NGU and if it’s NGU from mouth bacteria can I transmit it to my girlfriend?  I’m having lower back problems left testicle pain and frequent urge to pee..

Hi
I'm not one to judge as I've been in a very similar situation myself.  But, if this happens EVERY time then maybe you should protect yourself
That aside, whilst oral sex is, for the most part, relatively safe there are some risks, the main one being NGU.  And a quick look on this site will tell you that there is a lot of contradictory and confusing information out there.  The likelihood is that after 2 days your symptoms are not anything to do with an infection.
Can normal mouth bacteria cause NGU?  It's certainly a possibility but it's not a proven thing.  The doctors who used to post on this forum certainly believed it could happen, but they were always careful to state that is was 'probable'.  As you probably know yourself there are a few types of bacteria that can cause NGU that may be able to be passed to your regular partner.  In the event that there is something causing your symptoms then the only way to know for sure is to be tested.  Do you have clinics where you are that can test for NGU?  What part of the world are you in?

I can just go to my regular doctor and get std test but I’m not sure if they can tell me if it’s NGU or not?? All I’m really wanting to know if it’s NGU from receiving oral sex and my test come back negative for chlamydia am I clear to have sex with my girlfriend? Since it will just be something from her mouth that got inside my urethra
No one can tell you online what, if anything at all, you may have.  For example, if you had Ureaplasma urealyticum most clinics would treat you with antibiotics and encourage your girlfriend to be treated too if you had had sex. Although some doctors would argue that this is not a true STD.
There are many posts from doctors Handsfield and Hook stating that as long as the NGU from oral isn't chlamydia then it most likely won 't affect your partner and that it is possibly from normal oral bacteria, but this is no guarantee.
To be honest, your symptoms don't really sound like anything to worry about, certainly don't sound like NGU (discharge and burning would be the most common symptoms, certainly were for me!) and I would expect that you're most likely fine
