About Mutual Masturbation

Is it possible for Herpes (or maybe warts) to spread with mutual masturbation?

10 days ago I had an unprotected mutual masturbation with a girl (I fingered her and she masturbated me. Even though I am not too sure, I remember that I avoided having genital-to-genital with her). Lately I noticed a small red bump on my genital...

I have consulted a specialist and he said it is not a sign of warts. Could it be Herpes?

One more thing, is it possible to ask the doc to do the penile swab for the whole penis to see if I got Herpes or HPV? Thanks in advance.

Oh and I must add, I sit on her abs when she masturated me - would it increase my chance of infecting?
