What is my risk level? Do I need testing?

About 3 months ago, I made the regrettable mistake of inserting my finger into a exotic dancer's vagina, twice.
The incident was not very long, less than 10 seconds each time as fear and "in the moment awakening" took place and I stopped the activity.  What is the base of my concern is I had a relatively recent hangnail (approx. 2 mins prior the incident) from dry cracking skin and biting the dead skin to get rid of it. In the process, the skin ripped and although not actively bleeding, it was EXTREMELY red and VERY sensitive to touch (like the first layer of skin was gone).

I am a married man and a father.  I am deathly worried that I may have contracted an STD and worse yet put my family at risk.  My question is what is the risk that I could have contracted NGU, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia herpes, syphilis, Hep B, ro any other possible STD.  And if the experts on this forum recommend any testing.

I have read some conflciitng information on this very site indicating that there may be risks.  So, I wanted to get a real and fair assessment from the experts for my particular situation.  Thank you all in advance.

It's normal to feel pain even if there is no bleeding, as your nerves are exposed. That doesn't turn your dry skin into a open cut. Getting a STD through fingering would be anomalous, and in most cases tests are not needed, but since you are married, for you mental peace, I would recommend you to test as follows:

-3 weeks after the exposure, for chlamydia and gonorrhea.
-6 weeks after the exposure, for syphilis, and if you get a negative result, re-test 3 months after the exposure.
-3 months after the exposure, for herpes.
-28 days after the exposure, go for a duo combo ab/ag HIV test.

Thank you for your response.  However, it has me even more concerned.  I read your comment on getting an STD this way would be abnormal and that you are recommending testing for my own piece of mind.

However, I’ve read time and time again from doctors and experts that it’s impossible HIV is transmitted in this manner.  And most also suggest other STDs are not contracted this way (although there seem to be others whom contradict this).  So as juvenile as this sounds I was hoping to receive positive reassurance that STDs cannot be transmitted in this manner.

Have you seen or heard of anyone contracting any of the STDS you suggested to test for in a similar manner as my situation?  And do you think I could test positive for anything (including HIV)?

I failed to mention.  After the fingering incident, I had continuous cold/flu like symptoms.  No fever, but EXTREME fatigue as in almost fainting,  chills (long bouts of feeling cold), lots of sticky phlegm, and other symptoms related to flu and common cold.  These symptoms started occuring about 1 wee2k after the incident.  I've read experts typcially do not comment on symptoms, however, the duration (around 2 months on and off) has me extremely concerned.
