What is my risk of STDs / STIs?

Hello,

I visited a massage parlor 7 days ago. I got a table shower and a happy ending. During the massage the masseuse leaned in and licked the outer part of my anus to my ball-sack and I asked her to stop. This probably lasted 3 seconds. There was no other part of her body that touched me other than her hands.

Three days later I took a long hike and developed a rash around my anus due to what I believe was rubbing skin and that I wasn’t able to clean myself properly after having a bowel movement for several hours due to the hike. The next day I took another hike and the rash seemed to worsen. It is red and sensitive, with one or two small blisters and one seems to have opened but there is no major bleeding or a weird smell, just soreness.

Do you think I got some form of STI or STD that gave me the rash and should I worry or is it more likely due to the hiking and fecal matter that was rubbed around my anus for several miles / hours? Thanks!

Does anyone else have any other input about this or any suggestions about what to use to help heal a sore bum hole? Thanks!

Same as above. I have IBS and quite muscular thighs, so long walks in the heat causes severe chaffing so much so I bleed! I dont know what country youre in but find a off the shelf medicated powder (NOT talc) to sooth the area!
Much appreciated!
How do you feel about the blueish green gold bond powder with menthol or do you mean just regular medicated powder non talc and non menthol?
I'm female, but I can utterly enthusiastically recommend AGAINST using anything menthol on your genitals or anus.  Used some lightly-scented peppermint body wash in a hotel once, and that was heavily diluted with water.  It burned like the fires of hell in my ano-genital region for about an hour afterward.
just regular medicated non-talc powder :) Im from the UK and I get one from a discount shop for about £1.50. I could not be without it :)
Thanks for the help everyone!

For what it’s worth I did not see any thing gross on or around her mouth or hands and she was very proud of getting her COVID vaccine which is a plus is this story I suppose..

I agree with Life360 - there really isn't any risk here. Hand jobs are absolutely no risk, and the licking so briefly won't transmit anything.

My guess is what you said - the hiking and not being able to clean after the bowel movement.
Much appreciated thank you!

Hi, what your mentiong would not suggest any risk for contracting any stds. Happy endings is not any risk for std, s and the slight licking your mentioning would not be any risk in the real world either. Sounds more like the bowel movement issue.

I appreciate the reassurance. It’s my own fault for going there but the timing kind of freaked me out. Much appreciated. Thanks!
