What is my risk of infection from receiving a handjob?

I received a handjob at a massage parlor. About 4-5 weeks later, my scrotum is slightly red and noticeably itchy. The area behind my scrotum is also slightly itchy. It doesn’t seem to matter what I’m doing or the time of day. I do not see any raised bumps, blisters, pimples, etc.

I went to a walk in clinic, where the PA inspected the area under magnification and said it was just jock itch. I’ve been prescribed an anti fungal cream to use.

I’ve had jock itch before, and this feels way worse. What am I at risk for and should I seek further testing?

You don't need std testing for a hand job.  You won't get an std from a hand job.  good luck

I should clarify. I’m more worried about scabies or crabs than anything.

I get tested regularly, and was tested about 5 weeks after this encounter. Everything came back clear, but they don’t check for scabies or crabs.
You'd see that.  You don't get tested for that.  It's a visual check.  You already got checked visually.
Thanks. I’m probably worried about nothing, but if I wasn’t, why would I be asking strangers on the Internet, right?
It never hurts to ask. That's why we are here.  But no sense wasting your time and money worrying about this.  :>)
