What is this any help greatly appreciated

My wife and I after 3 years have separated recently and upon our road to working our marriage out we have had sex age after math has left me with small to medium red bumps that have a clear liquid inside when scratched they look to be a slight yellow color on the inside the numbs are only on my pubic area and a VERY itchy these are the only symptoms that have arose I shaved a few days before could it just be a sever razor burn I had recently swapped razors and never tried this brand before

None at all that were noticeable or even today nothing very slight pain that comes and goes almost like a uti

If she gave you oral sex you could contract it in your genital area esp if she had a lip sore at the time.

Thanks so much I know she has the small cold sores on her lip every now and again but abreva usually clears those up pretty quick

Hi, with the clear liquid i may be a herpes outbreak but also may be from the shaving as you mention it has some yellow in it also. Note that herpes sores are side specific and would not be all over your genital area. Of course testing is the best advise if your concerned and a swab of the sore taken within 48 hours after appearing would be best. The only other topical std it could be would be syphilis but you would have needed to have a sore touch the canker sore of a person to contract it.
