What is wrong with my crotch?

So, in July, I received unprocted oral from another man. I was super drunk and it was like 2 or 3 minutes. I didn't ejaculate. I've learned I do not have a risk for HIV but may have risk for other things. I've taken 2 weeks of cipro and flagyl together. 2g Azithromycin and 14 days of doxycycline. I continue to have itching throughout my body and around penis head. Never had discharge. However, I did notice a very small white bump under my penis head. Resembling a pimple. I continue to worry about this and have incredible itching all over. Also, tested negative for chlamydia and gonorhea. Could it be syphilis? Or could this all be yeast overgrowth related? Thank you

I looked into it and the second line antibiotic for syphilis is doxycycline for those allergic to penicillin. So, that's a relief.

The risk for syphilis is based on him having an open active canker sore and you having an open sore for the virus to enter. If either one is missing you had no risk.

Itching like that has nothing to do with a STD, migh tbe anxiety not sure. All that medication would have taken care of common STD's like gonorrhea and chlamydia.
