Pain and reddish mark

Dear Experts,

I had a oral sex 3 months back with sex worker on sep 1st week, 10 days later i have taken STD testing everything came out negative. but from sterday i have pain in my penis, in the inner skin a reddish mark is there and that cause paining for me.. do i need to worry or can i leave that, it will go off automatically??. If i touch and press my penis only it causes pain.. this is the symptoms of STD??? When i need to do testing again..

Thanks for your prompt reply, but today i noticed a dark black color circle around the tip, it looks different from the normal, i m really worried..

Should i check with my regular doctor itself ??..

Does not sound like a STD, but see a Dr for an exam.
