What std could i have?

I recieved oral on a one time occasion. We hugged naked for a few seconds so our genitals did touch but not much rubbing. After that i recieved oral on my penis for nomore than a minute and a few seconds then oral analingus for a couple seconds... i noticed nothing on their lips at all. A few hours or so after i felt sharp pains in my anus when performing bowel movements. And about 3-4 days later i got very little itching in the creases of my thigh and groin also later itchyness around anus. I put a dry moisturizer on it to stop it completely as i panicked but this made it worst. The next two and a half weeks where hell until it all left. This all happend about 3 months ago... it returned in different areas about a week after leaving. It stayed for another week and a half. I used steroid cream up until now and i recently ran out so now in my groin area there is pain, stinging, and itching once again. I noticed it intensify’s when i sweat down there. Also i forgot to mention through all this there was no discharge, clusterbumps, lesions.
Also the pain was never consistant...its on and off like one moment its there and the next it’ll stop then come back. So my questions are

1.) what was my risk from recieving oral and analingus and also having genital to genital contact and hand to genital contact?

2.) IF this is an std what std does it sound like?

3.)i heard about herpes being asymptomatic or  going unnoticed but could someone have herpes and feel genital itching, pain, and stinging but not have clusters or lesions? (Thats my case)

4.) When i recieved oral the persons mouth was only on my penis and anus. They did touch my inner thighs and stuff but when i first felt itching it started in the fold of my groin. If it was herpes wouldnt the area infected initially be the area where symptoms happen?

5.) Any extra information is welcome :)

1. Low risk
2. Could be herpes
3. Possible
4. Yes. But it will spread

Advice: Just go and get full std test and put this behind
