What's the risk of contracting gonorrhea or chlamydia while rimming someone?

I'm male and rimmed another male for about a minute. Two days later, had an oral swab for gonnorhea and chlamydia,  both negative. First, I have been told I should have waited longer than 2 days. Second, I coincidentally had to take 2000 mg amoxicillin in prep for teeth cleaning one day after the contact, so wondering if the med may have resulted in false negative. Anyway, got retested 10 days after contact and nervously awaiting results. Wondering what the actual risk would be for contracting these two infections in this situation.
